Founded in 2003, by Ann Pauley LMT and Shalan Hill LMT

The Posture Project is Woodstock’s casual community yoga and massage studio that also offers great options for beginners, older bodies, and those that want a gentler experience. The studio is a welcoming respite from busy schedules with balanced yoga classes in a sacred, but casual vibe.

We are also Woodstock’s premiere clinical massage team focusing on restoring postural balance to your body which results in less pain. Our massage professionals find the root of your muscular pain and bring balance and ease to your muscles and joints.
