Jennifer Finch LPC

• Somatic Trauma Psychotherapist
• Nondual Embodiment
• Instructor/Public Speaker

In 1999, Jennifer began her professional journey as a crisis response psychotherapist, working on the front lines of healthcare in emergency medicine and inpatient psychiatry, and serving on domestic disaster action teams. Through this work, she witnessed how trauma lives not only in the mind but also constricts the natural movement of energy and awareness in the body. This insight drew her toward the meeting place of psychotherapy and spirituality—where trauma often brings us, and where healing begins.

In 2012, Jennifer founded Be Here Now Mindfulness, LLC. A teacher at heart, she has served in university settings and now trains other frontline professionals in trauma recovery and sustainable caregiving. She is a Somatic Experiencing trauma psychotherapist, certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, and senior teacher of the Realization Process—a nondual embodiment method for inhabiting the body and restoring natural, energetic flow. In her boutique private practice, Jennifer supports adults healing from trauma, and she leads retreats and speaks internationally on compassion, embodiment, and post-traumatic growth. Her mission is to amplify what is good in humanity and make this easier.
