In this workshop, you will learn how to improve your client's structure, balance and movement through the use of specific Muscle Energy, Joint Mobilization and Myofascial release techniques.
By working with the fascial envelope you can begin to correct any mal-alignments of the body including: postural, positional, work or sport related, as well as addressing physical and emotional issues.
The class will present both pre and post event techniques including multiple types of effleurage, friction, vibration, range of motion and muscle energy. Also being covered will be the effects of massage on the skin, muscle, connective tissue, tendon, ligament, joints and nervous systems.
