Chantel’s 2-day workshop is comprised of three segments - The No-Mind Approach to Wellness (a philosophy and methodology to help you release the diagnosis with clients and loved ones), a Compassionate Intake Process (CIP) ~ holding space for someone’s healing, and finally, Reflexology Protocols (hereafter referred to as "Guides") for Trauma and Addiction.

This 2-day, 14 CEU workshop builds on Level I skills with advanced anatomy, physiology, and reflexology techniques. Participants will explore the somatosensory system, trauma’s impact on the brain, survival responses, and the effects of early chronic trauma, while learning new methods for hand and foot reflexology. The training emphasizes practitioner awareness, client attunement, and integrative, detail-oriented session work.
