Understanding how to alleviate Carpal Tunnel and Thoracic Outlet Syndromes is a powerful addition to your toolkit.
Both syndromes are increasingly common complaints as our posture and habits are affected by technology and screens increasingly consuming our lives beyond just the workday.
This course was developed to provide a deeper understanding of physical imbalances involving the neck, shoulder, and arm with the goal to diminish the symptoms of Thoracic Outlet (TOS) and Carpal Tunnel Syndromes (CTS).
Throughout this training, we will revisit the anatomy of the neck, brachial plexus, arm muscles, and chest muscles.
You will become proficient in assessment for any impingements of the brachial plexus, CTS & TOS orthopedic tests and learn massage protocols for Carpal Tunnel and Thoracic Outlet Syndromes, as well as, stretches for relieving CTS & TOS symptoms.
