Connected Body Therapy utilizes a dynamic view of the body (physical - emotional - energetic) offering a theoretical understanding and practical application. Discussing concepts as being grounded, centered, and present within the body, we will practice turning these abstract ideas into tangible experiences. Connected Body Therapy is a how-to guide to be effective without working as hard, infusing our massage practices with joy and creativity and learning innovative approaches to our established massage techniques.

As reflexologists, we have a unique opportunity to directly connect with the nervous system of our clients—the very system that was and is affected by trauma and addiction. Chantel’s 2-day workshop is comprised of three segments - The No-Mind Approach to Wellness (a philosophy and methodology to help you release the diagnosis with clients and loved ones), a Compassionate Intake Process (CIP) ~ holding space for someone’s healing, and finally, Reflexology Protocols (hereafter referred to as "Guides") for Trauma and Addiction.
