Grief and Loss is something we all experience at some point in our lives. From loss of a loved one, loss of oneself, divorce, losing a pet or parent, sending a child off to college, miscarriage, losing a body part and even transitioning through menopause; the feelings of grief and loss can make us feel sad, stuck, hopeless, immobilized , distressed, ungrounded and depressed. How do we deal with these feelings when we have to move on with our lives, have children to take care of or work to get to?
