Forward head posture is prevalent in today’s culture. Our society is always staring at computers, phones or sitting at desks or behind the wheel of a car.
With forward head posture, comes many health issues as well as pain. Learn this clinical protocol to help reverse the forward head posture and get your clients on a pain-free, dis-ease-free path.
This information will naturally mesh with any current bodywork you are doing.

To assess and identify forward head posture
A Massage protocol to reverse a forward head
Identify a dowager’s hump and massage techniques to reverse it.
Stretches and exercises to help clients keep their posture in alignment

Ann is co-owner of The Posture Project, a yoga and massage studio in Woodstock, Ga. She graduated from the Academy of Somatic Healing Arts (ASHA) in Norcross, GA in 1998 as a Massage Therapist with certificates in Sports Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Swedish Massage. She has studied Postural Balancing in-depth as a massage therapist and has worked with several chiropractors during her many years of experience.
Ann is an experienced Sports Massage instructor, former Department Head at ASHA and a certified Life Coach.
Over her long career, she has developed several continuing education courses, such as Balancing the Shoulder Girdle, Massage Protocol for Carpal Tunnel and Thoracic Outlet Syndromes and her own, Restorative Muscle Techniques.
