Restorative Muscle Techniques teaches therapists to palpate and restore muscular imbalances quickly, easily, and pain free. You will learn how to discern muscle fibers that are overworking and the underlying muscle fibers or opposing muscle fibers that aren’t getting full power or innervation.
We then learn three ways to activate and balance the muscles through passive, active, and resistive client involvement. This information will naturally mesh with your current bodywork practices.
Become more efficient in your massage practice using Restorative Muscle Techniques.
You will learn:
- New method to assess the physical body.
- Palpation skills used to determine imbalances in muscles.
- Three techniques to activate muscles, providing balance and harmony.
- How to incorporate this modality seamlessly into your current practice.
Manuals are always included.
Learn quick and easy to use muscle balancing techniques!
