Become more efficient in your massage practice using Restorative Muscle Techniques!
This two-day class prepares you to palpate and restore muscular imbalances quickly, easily, and pain free, with confidence.
You will learn how to discern and correct muscle fibers that are overworking within a compensation pattern, as well as the underlying muscle fibers, or opposing muscle fibers, that are acting weak, not firing or receiving full innervation, bringing the body into balance.
Restorative Muscle Techniques was developed to create a deeper understanding of physical imbalances in the body and how to provide uncomplicated corrections.
We then learn three ways to activate and balance the muscles through passive, active, and resistive client involvement. This information will naturally mesh with your current bodywork practices.
You will learn:
- New method to assess the physical body.
- Palpation skills used to determine imbalances in muscles.
- Three techniques to activate muscles, providing balance and harmony.
- How to incorporate this modality seamlessly into your current practice.
