The key to health and longevity is simple − the internal organs!
About Lesson 1
The body is healthy and youthful to the extent that the internal organs are healthy and youthful.
The visible signs of aging are caused by the invisible degeneration of our internal organs, such as the heart, lungs, or kidneys.
Dying of “old age” typically means that one or more of the internal organs no longer work well enough to maintain life.
Such decline is to a large extent preventable and even reversible.
This series of 10 online classes will show you how to maintain the youthfulness and vitality of your internal organs which, in turn, maintain the youthfulness of vitality of the whole body.
In this first class, we look at the big picture of youthfulness, including nutritional guidelines and simple exercises that promote optimal health of the internal organs.
Each of the following classes will go to the next level by focusing on one specific area of the body, with the intent of optimizing its health and vitality.
All lessons and exercises will be made available for you to replay after the class.
